About Our Founder – Ian P Croft

​

Ian began his career as an installation engineer in 1980 before moving into machinery sales in 1983. He became Managing Director of Rotherwood Machinery in 1992 and later served as the youngest-ever Chairman of the Woodworking Machinery Suppliers Association. Over his career, Ian has sold more than 800 hydraulic presses across the UK, working with prestigious companies like Jaguar Cars, Rolls Royce, British Aerospace, Magnet, and many others.

His deep industry knowledge and commitment to practical, results-driven solutions are the foundation of Bonding Systems Ltd.
